  • 2+ years’ recruiting experience or 1+ years in D2D/B2B Sales Experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and follow-up skills
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
  • Familiarity with online job hunting websites and prospecting via social media sites (LinkedIn and/or Facebook etc.)
